"They went out of their way to make phone calls and to do anything they could to help me get reimbursed for a towing claim I made where the State Farm Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) company never showed up. "Extremely unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't choose this agent if my life depended on it. I haven't even met this individual, but he was so mean and has never even met me. Please pick any other agent. This guy tried to upsell me on policies I don't even need!!!"

"Guy didnt listen. Worse customer service ever. Dont call in the early morning as the guy said he was not in the mood this early.. stay away.."

You calling me a moron at the end of your call was amusing!😁 Marc called asking a question about a Non-Owned Vehicle Policy. Marc did not like the answer I gave him. He did not need to spend extra money on a policy he did not need. If I would of sold him that policy he asked for, I would sold him something that HE DID NOT NEED. The Non-Owned Policy would of been secondary in the scenario he presented over the phone. Have a great Labor Day Weekend. Thanks for taking the time to leave this 1 star review on my page."
