"I am leaving this review because I don't think most people understand how great an insurance agent (or agency) can be. Carlos Munoz, and everyone at his agency, provide much more than just insurance, they provide peace of mind, which you cannot put a price on. I was derelict in my responsibilities and let my auto insurance renewal notice become buried under a mountain of junk mail. The day after my bill was due, Carlos sent me a text reminding of this fact. Had he not done so, I would have very likely forgotten about my insurance payment until well after the grace period had ended. In contrast, I previously had another State Farm agent who did not bother to remind me about a late payment until the last day of the grace period. If I had missed his call on that day my insurance would have been canceled! I won't reveal that agent's name (Gary) but my few years with him as my agent showed my just how bad an insurance agent could be. To add insult to injury, I had to remind that unnamed agent that I had spoken to him two weeks prior and had actually made a payment. "Oh yeah, I see that you did!" This did not inspire confidence in me. There are so many personal touches that Carlos and his associates provide that I don't want to list them all now as this review is already far too long. I'll just say I've had good agents, and I've had bad agents. Carlos is by far the best, most efficient, knowledgeable, kindest, most thoughtful agent I have ever had! If you are fortunate enough to have him as your agent, consider yourself lucky!"
